Welcome to the EU HyperNova 1 Monthly, a 'Rivals of Aether'-Crew Battle Tournament from Europe by the Nova Crew , held 29.04.2018.
This is a 'Rivals of Aether' Weekly Tournament for European players.
The Weekly will be organized by Disrupt. Please contact me using Steam or Discord in case any problem might occur.
Make sure to resemble your Steam name with your name in the bracket. It's mandatory to hang out in the 'Rivals of Aether: Europe'- Discord chat while the tournament is running to easily find your opponents, report problems or just casually chat.
Rules and Guidelines:
- Double Elimination
- 3 man crews.
- Each player has 3 stocks.
- Stage selected by striking between all 5 starter stages Game 1 (higher seed strikes first), then the loser of the previous game counterpicks with the opponent getting to ban two stages
- Players cannot change their character after a winning.
- Game crashes are reviewed on a case by case basis with the compromise solution being remaking the game completely. It's reportable when it happens more than once
- When your opponent is not responding for more than 10 minutes or if you encounter unbearable lag during a match, report it to a TO. We will look into the problem. If all 3 members of the team are not ready to play within 15 minutes of the tournament start and 10 minutes after the first round then it will be considered a forfeit.
- Due to multiple complaints, users with unstable pings won't be authorized to register to this tournament. So far, banned users are : "TheClownster", "Lycophos", "Corkxx" and "Kilgore Trout"
